If you see firmware update for buds live don't update.. My left buds now doesn't connect at all, reset doesn't work as well. Saw couple of people on reddit with the same issue. So just FYI.

I had that happen with one of my Samsung buds, the plus I think. I put in a ticket and got replacements, but it turned out the battery was just drained. I fiddled with them and after 10 or 20 times they started charging and working. I still sent them back when the new one came.
 
Instead of White Stone Dome, which is stupid expensive,I got the similar EGV for $30. It uses liquid glue (smells the same as WSD) and UV light. I just did the fingerprint setup- perfect.

I bought a similar setup on Amazon, can I ask you where did you install it, did you do the whole run a hot shower to create a steamy room free of dust?

Because every time I've installed my cheap screen protectors in the past I have done that but I don't know how these protectors work, your feedback would be much appreciated thank you.

Can you post some pics of what the screen protector looks like on your phone? I was going to get the Amfilm one like this but if this is better and the same price might go this one.

One more question does the front camera being covered affect it in any way?

The update is fine at the moment. Must have been a glitch.
 
Protectors usually have a cutout for the selfie cam

The one I ordered doesn't so when I contacted the Amazon Seller they said it didn't affect the front facing camera even if the protector was over it, I don't really mind because I hardly use that camera but my wife might have to be teaching online this year and sometimes she uses her phones to zoom, so the seller just refunded me my money and told me to keep them so that was cool.

Now, I have tried to contact them and see if they can make things right, but I have had NO RESPONSE from them and I am getting pretty p'd off now.

I'm about to call the back and dispute the charges.

It started working fine for sometime but the problem came back again. May be I should call them instead of chatting with support. I hope the send a replacement without much hassle, stock might also be a problem. Everything went so smoothly except this defective buds

I ran the update and no problems thus far.

Yeah it was working fine, then crapped up, back working and then crapped up again

Today morning working fine again, also got Galaxy wearble app update and I do see display of battery inside the app is changed up a bit. Whatever it is hopefully it's resolved for good and I don't see the issue again.

I ordered Samsung metallic s view flip says back order till sept 4. I got my phone now terrified of dropping. ANYONE know where they still have note ultra bronze cases at????
 
I opened a dispute with PayPal, so I hope that gets their attention. Seriously, you'd think they would be more responsive. :(

Yeah I'd expect better customer service especially after charging such a HIGH price.

I've seen a few people asking them on their Facebook page that the promo code's don't work and I haven't seen a response from them I also emailed them about the promo code a few days ago and they have yet to responded so it seems the product is good but the customer service not so much
 
I'll be using the official Samsung Black Leather Clip on cover.

And the Whitestone Dome Glass Screen Protector.

I'll contemplate using a Whitestone EZ Note 20 Ultra Camera Screen Tempered Glass Protector or a dbrand option.

I am sure they will send a replacement, however I also think supply might be an issue for a bit. I think I did online chat, maybe wait a day or two, they may be swamped right now.
