Note 20/Note 20 Ultra accessories discussion.

I got the S-View Flip cover , a black leather case and I'm ordering the ESR metal kickstand.
I like the sview flip cover as well. I found a leather holster that will fit the device with the rugged case on. Really convenient when I'm working.

Both kickstands busted the day I used this case. Just do t Bend them too far back. I like the silicone grips on the rugged case.
Did they break or just pop out? They can pop out of place but can also easily be placed back in position. I admit it is frustrating, but eventually you learn to be careful when using them.

Good god! I thought they broke so tossed em in the rubbish bin.

Did you get your eartips yet ? If so how are they fitting and did you get the foam or silicone ones?
I got the foam ones. They are working a lot better. They seal up better, sound better and don't want to fall out. I'll give them a 9/10 score. I orderd 2 more sets, one for my other pros and one for my daughter's pros. She complained about the same thing, the pros want to fall out. Shouldn't have to spend another $23 for $200 headsets. Samsung screwed up on the pros on this area.

Glad they are working better. Might purchase these. I have the Comply ones and they work ok, but there's still a slight fit problem and I still feel like they may fall out.

These give as close to secure fit as I've found. Samsung needs to go back to the wing they have on the buds+. That wing helps hold the buds in place while in the ear.

Well, not being a "Buds at All" person... ever before, I am totally happy with the 'Buds Live' that I got with the Credit from my Note 20 Ultra purchase. I pop them in place, give them a quarter twist and I can (could) leave them in all day, if I wanted. Never a feeling of losing them, never a feeling of not hearing my wife asking me a question, never a feeling of missing something on TV while listening to something on YouTube!!! Love 'em! Glad I kept them...

The buds live work great and stayed in. I liked them because I wanted to listen to music and hear people talking and what not. Most however didn't like the fact they didn't have the option to block the outside noise. The pros answered that issue, but dropped the ball on the area of staying in the ear securely. The pros also sounds the best of them all in music quality. I think the lives buds sounds good but is the worse on sound quality compared to buds+ and pros, but they should good enough

When I thought I lost my buds + I bought the Bean Lives, but the left one would not stay in my ear. The right slid in my right ear perfectly. I would have kept them if I wouldn't have had so much trouble with that one ear.

Looks like the Lattercase allows the screen to touch the surface if you place the phone down. I don't care it doesn't totally protect the bottom and top edges as it's the corners that are important because you don't rest your phone on the bottom or top edge and if you drop it, even on an uneven surface the amount of surface area of the top and bottom edges (excluding the corners) makes the chances you will ding/scratch those areas very minute compared to the front, back, and corners of the phone.

But out of curiosity, what would be the next best thing to the Lattercase if I wanted the thinnest possible case where the screen doesn't rest on the surface when you place the phone screen down?

So I got my diofit ear tips for my buds pro. I'm convinced my left ear is just deformed. Oh well at least I won't run out of extra eartips anytime soon.lol

As far as I am concerned, the LaterCase is not designed to offer ANY front screen protection at all. It's sole design is to protect the back and even then the protection is just from cosmetic damage like scratches and abrasion.

IMO, this case is not to provide ANY drop protection. If it survives a drop, it probably would have survived without the case lol... it's just that you might have saved it from some scratches. But I do think it offers the camera bump some real protection from daily putting down of phone on various surfaces and being the first part of phone that takes any sort of hit while doing so.

If you want any sort of screen protection, you'll need to get yourself a conventional TPU case. Spigen is my choice of brand. As you can see from the link, they do a good job of giving you minimum added bulk possible and give front screen protection. Had a Hybrid on my Note 8 for 3 years and no problem.

That being said, love my LaterCase and will be the only case I use while I own this phone. I don't drop my phones so feel ok with it. Thinnest case you can get so keeps the original dimensions and slim feel, provides no slip for me with the texture of the Kevlar and protects the backside and camera module from daily handling placing on surfaces countless times per day and the Kevlar has looked like new 3-4+ months later? I've taken it off a number of times after a few months and not a speck of debris underneath. (trying to answer a few more questions that I saw above with this post)

And add just the thinnest layer of TPU film from Spigen protecting the front from scratches if I ever do lay it on its front for any reason. I think it works well with this combo cause tempered glass would stick out too much along with the Kevlar case.

My case choice was pretty simple, I wanted a robust case that was lightweight, but protective, with a stand and decent grip. Since I missed out on the early deals, I selected an ArmadilloTek Vanguard case. It has a nice, but muted texture, a double protective frame, doesn't interfere with my screen edge typing, and feels good in hand.

I added a Tocol glass screen protector, it works with the fingerprint scanner, even with no hole in the glass, came with a centering frame, and applied as simply as could be. It also came with camera lens protectors,(whole kit is a 2-pack, under $10 at Amazon.) but I recommend either painting the inner edge of the flash hole, or using some serious black marker around it, as light will transfer onto images without it.

The stand is useful, and works in portrait (flat surfaces) or landscape. Works great, I do a lot of reading on my phone, and use the stand a lot. Not sure how durable it is, yet, but has worked so far, and ArmadilloTek does have a one year warranty, but you must register it.

Overall, I'm completely satisfied with my setup.

I recently bought a white marble skin for my Note 20 Ultra from Gadgetshieldz, the skin is thin and sturdy and I was surprised that the quality is good, Using it for a month now and it gives good protection against scratches.
I use dbrand myself. I use the dragon skin, it has a decent look to it but more important it has a texture to it that gives it grip so it's not slippery.

One thing I suggest for any brand of skins is to order 2 of them, maybe 3 if it's your first time doing skins. Skins don't last forever, although I can testify that dbrand skins do an amazing job, but there are corners and edges that eventually start wearing off from constant use, sliding around, just like any sticker. Skins are made to come off easy for when you want to peel them off, so be prepared for it when they start wearing so you can slap another one on. I've also had times for warranty exchange, the skin on old phone is garbage, it's nice to have one on hand. And then there's the I screwed up installing it and it's nice to have one there, that's why I said 3 if it's first time doing skin.

Either way, skin is a nice way to give phone scratch protection, grip and keep the phone true to form, no bulk. Absolutely no drop protection, but we know that. Skins are for people that want true form phone and aren't prone to dropping their phones.
