I was VERY disappointed in Whitestone this time around.

I ordered the Note 20u screen protector set and it arrived. I cleaned up my phone and had it all set to put the screen protector on it, but when I pulled them out of the sleeves, BOTH of them were broken. Even the installation cradle was cracked and broken as well...

Now, I have tried to contact them and see if they can make things right, but I have had NO RESPONSE from them and I am getting pretty p'd off now.

I'm about to call the back and dispute the charges.

You do realize that this could be the fault of the shipper? I've had this happen with a few tempered glasses I bought and the shipping and handling was horrible... Even in cases where box was in decent condition. I saw the carrier on my cam throwing my package at my door.

I've seen a few people asking them on their Facebook page that the promo code's don't work and I haven't seen a response from them I also emailed them about the promo code a few days ago and they have yet to responded so it seems the product is good but the customer service not so much

Yup. This is a fact. I have several emails from WSD offering promos for I think 30 or 35%. However there is no code and I get no response from them. Also, they charge a $9 warranty fee. Eff them. I'm going with amfilm or that EGV. 1/2 the price and I hear better service.

It's not metallic or shiny as it appears on the listing, also it's a bit more burgundy than brown, IMO.

It was sitting in the sun and got very soft, so it's not holding onto the phone as well as it should. Once it cools off, I'm sure it will retain its shape.

I got Note 20 Ultra and I was going to put my Whitestone Dome Glass screen protector on and the corners of both of my screen protectors are busted. Anyone have any luck exchanging them>

Can you post some pics of what the screen protector looks like on your phone? I was going to get the Amfilm one like this but if this is better and the same price might go this one.

The protector looks perfect on the phone, can't really tell it's there. I did not do the shower routine, but followed the video exactly and used a rocket blower just before install to blow air away from the phone. It doesn't seem to effect the selfie cam but I have not used it extensively, just shot a snapshot so far. There are pics with a review on Amazon. One word of caution for both this and WSD: I did not realize the phone speaker is a thin line- can't really even see it at the top of the phone just above the glass (like the Note 10). You will want to carefully tape it or do something to keep the glue from getting in there. I did get some glue in there and wondered what was going on with my call volume. I looked up where the speaker is located and had an ah ha moment. https://www.sammobile.com/news/hole-on-top-of-galaxy-note-10-isnt-a-speaker-let-us-explain Turned the phone off used a little alcohol and the edge of a toothbrush, let it dry and volume was restored!

Yes, that thought had crossed my mind, however, if they cannot package items properly, who's to blame? Either way, there is no way to prove one way or the other since I don't have any cam footage. The real point of this is the lack of communication and support from them is the real downer here.

That's one of the complaints I seen on their Facebook post, someone was saying he had received promo codes through email but once checking out full price was showing up.

For me one of the pros of ordering from Amazon has been the customer service even from the third party sellers, except once with a case from Caseology for my Note 4 they where kind of giving me the run around and eventually Amazon came through.

Thanks for the heads up on the speaker, I'm going to be installing them on my phone and my wife's phone, waiting for our Note's to be delivered hopefully FedEx doesn't flake on me again.

Alright so I ordered this glass protector from amazon. Useless fingerprint scanner doesn’t work. Despite the reviews that say it does work.... well on mine it doesn’t.

I ordered Samsung metallic s view flip says back order till sept 4. I got my phone now terrified of dropping. ANYONE know where they still have note ultra bronze cases at????

Do you mean the Samsung sview brown case? It looks bronze. I was able to grab one on Amazon a couple of days ago but now they're backordered again. You might want to put an order in just in case they get some stock in early. In the meantime, I grabbed a clear case to have some protection.

Love this case. Had both the silver and black in the past and the black was a huge fingerprint/smudge magnet.
Wonder if they improved the black version this time around?

Might take a month of Sunday's to get a replacement. Mine arrived alive but still have not messed with them, maybe tomorrow.

So far I have only ordered the clear hybrid Spigen case from Amazon. My Note 20 Ultra is the Mystic Bronze and I don't want a case that hides it. I will use the $150 Samsung credit for the new Live Buds.
