Note 20 ultra fingerprint issues

Hello, I have noticed that after turning my phone of my phone is unable to recognize my fingerprints and I have to re-register them. I have made sure screen protector/finger are clean. Its not the screen protector because the finger print works flawlessly as long as I don't turn my phone off.

Which screen protector you using?

You mean turning phone completely off or just when screen times out?

Are you mistaken that after reboot (or every morning if you use face unlock) you have to enter your PIN first to use the fps

The note 20 is a big improvement over the 10 my FPS works great even with a screen protector just as fast as a pixel.

After a restart, you have to enter your pin in order for the device to start up, then you can use the fingerprint option.

glad to hear it! I read a review that excoriated the ultra for having the same fingerprint sensor as the s20ultra.
