My Black LTE Watch 3 just changed from Expected delivery Sept 1 to Shipped today. New expected delivery date of the 18th!

They also were unhelpful with me with usb c headphones. I never even opened the note 10+ ones but figured I'd give it a shot. I used the same exact arguments and even have the fact my buds are pushed back two weeks from my original order date and all that got me was passed around like a hot potato from rep to rep.

My chat with Samsung on a different issue was with the same guy (not sure if they just use that same name). But he was unhelpful and really didn't listen to my docent. Got a manager that was much more helpful. That said, I would not have sent them a link to this conversation as you've now alerted them to our discussions and they may implement policies against such remedies. My $0.02.

The link was to the Android Central article about the free headphones, not this chat. And I am pretty sure people at Samsung are already well aware of this chat and what goes on in the free open internet.

Stupid system at Samsung apparently didn’t process my order. So I had to do it again today. Glad I looked into the lack of a email. Now it appears I’m good to go and delivered by the 21st. Black Ultra unlocked.

So for those of you who are in absolute panic over the fact that you don't have a shipping label yet, I looked back at my emails and I didn't get my shipping label/notice until the Sunday afternoon before the week of delivery, and mine still came on Wednesday. So calm down.

Has anyone who got Galaxy Buds Live as their add-on gotten a shipping label yet? I've noticed that most people who've gotten a label ordered watches and I was wondering if that's why I don't have a label yet even though I ordered on 8/6

I have a label. I ordered the kit with buds and the sanitizer.

Ah. I see. Still. If I were in the other end of the cyst, is probably be less receptive to people who brought that kind of thing up. Bringing it up as a real concern rather than a "just because someone else got this" isn't something companies are as receptive to.

I ordered the same. But my cancel button is gone. No other movement in a week.

I wouldn't be too concerned. Last year several people didn't see any movement until just before it shipped. I think most of them received their phones prior to the release date like the rest of us.
