If you pre-registered, you should have received an email offering $150/$200 in promotional gifts for pre-ordering the N20/N20U.

I clicked "reserved" before it went live to pre-order. But never received another email from Samsung about $50 credit.

I don't know. On the Samsung app, it keeps getting to the sign into Verizon to get me set up, and then it just keeps looping back to that screen again. I'll try again later this morning.

Sometimes clear cache , and force stop the app is enough to fix the glitch

Thanks for the heads up! I had to cancel my prior order because of the discount snafu, and reordered with the full $200 (free buds and case). Plus Rakuten has increased its cash back from 3% to 10%!

All in all, my order went from $660 to $594. Woohoo!

Thanks for the heads up on Rakuten cashback increase. When I placed the order it was 3%.

So did all the dance again and now 10% cancel offer, 10% rakuten cashback, 7% employer discount. Raking up discounts lol

For my earlier order cashback was confirmed within few hours and was deposited into rakuten account. Let's see if the 10% cashback confirms by tomorrow and deposits into rakuten account. For S20, we had to wait few weeks and multiple follow ups with Rakuten to get the 10% credited to the account.

Tried upgrade on EE annual upgrade and they basically said to upgrade it has to be the same price plan and due to my iPhone being higher they won’t let me do it. so think I may just upgrade via Samsung annual

Did you go through Verizon? I didn't see anything about getting buds with pre-order. I straight up pre-ordered through Samsung, should be here next week. Plan on using the 150 credit for the watch.

Not sure how I did it but i chose the 45mm lte version of the watch paired with the buds and I got to choose the black buds instead of the bronze colored ones and got them for FREE.
