They will email you an ecoupon. In your order it should say it will be emailed within 35 days after receiving the phone or something like that. In my experience they issue it right after the return period.
I did the same thing and when I opted to save the $150 credit for later a little pop up message said I would receive en email with details about the credit within 35 days.

Having a discussion with my co-worker all morning about it lol. He likes it. I say if you're going folding phone I'd go Fold2.
Haven't seen demos how to take a call without unfolding. Or if you fold all the way back and hold that thing one hand to your ear in a restaurant... if your fingers are long enough?? Can it even fit in your front pocket??
That thing is a Phablet in the truist sense because it's the size of a iPad Mini folded in half.
The Fold2 at least has an improved front screen that looks more useable that last gen so that you can do stuff without needing to open all the time.

Yeah at this point all these devices are still in early stages. In terms of value they aren't going to offer it, it's more of a device for small set of users to try something different and more of an expensive beta test. Fold is in second generation of beta test. I'm planning to get one of the folding phones this year for fun.

I actually like the way the duo folds in terms of durability even though there is a seam instead of a continuous plastic screen. Does look like a monster to hold up to your ear though.
Also, is the only way to answer the phone to have the display folded out?

Looks like it since it doesn't have any outer screen or ear piece, if you get a phone call I'm assuming you got to unfold and receive the call. Could be wrong since we haven't have had any hands on video yet. Personally don't get that many calls so either way that shouldn't be a big deal for me.
Microsoft is offering the same $550 trade in value for Galaxy S10 plus...If the camera was on par to Note 20 Ultra then I probably would have chose the Duo. As of now I am not canceling my Note 20 Ultra preorder yet....

The Credit should have been there when you ordered... I added my "Galaxy Buds Live" to my phone order and Samsung just subtracted $550 for my Note trade-in and the $150 accessory credit from the price and charged me $19.00 for them on my total!!!

i was thinking the same thing Mike... just obviously, be careful with not getting dust in the holes and crevices of the Buds - could cause issues! A little "Canned Air" keyboard duster would work great ( if you're not lucky enough to have an air compressor)! I got white, but even they still look a bit shiny for my liking... I'll probably try "dulling" them down!

I was kidding, but there are ways dull a finish. Not something I would try on the plated shiny buds.
I saved my samsung credit on both Ultras I ordered. Not happy I have to wait til after I get the phones to get the 400 Dollars. Buying the S7 Plus when it comes out.

I didn't read about it this one but I have a SurfacePro 7 (which I'm typing on right now) and it's a great unit BUT the Camera on it literally "ZUCHS" (spelled it this way to hopefully get it by the foul language Police), so to try and replace a Samsung Android device with one of these... NAH!
