I pick up from FedEx customer service center for every Samsung phone and many other tech products and never had to wait for them to attempt delivery first. Always could pick up same day and bonus since i used to choose my local FedEx distribution center for hold, i could pick up first thing in the morning when they open and don’t have to wait FedEx truck to deliver to another FedEx store or walgreens etc.

Damn lucky you. I wish I could say the same. I have had the worst luck with FedEx and UPS. My favorite is me staying home all day waiting for a very important package and then the dreaded notification of "Your delivery has been rescheduled. Resident not home". Lies.

I purchased the unlocked version of the note ultra from Samsung directly. I received a return package for my note 10 plus but it was from SPRINT NOT SAMSUNG. Not sure on what to think or do as sprint doesn't know I even upgraded a line.

Yeah, I had that recently with my oculus quest. It finally got to me a week later.

I suggest using the respective package services to hold it at a location. You can pick it up at your discretion.

Link doesn't work, but I don't care how good they are. If they have those stupid antennae on them, I wouldn't use them.

I ordered Black 512 GB. Canceled a few times but my final order was on the 7th. Which is why I was getting frustrated. On the shop samsung app my order still says backorder but on the website it finally says processing and Cancel buttons are gone.

I meant the buds. I got black Ultra as well. AT&T says Friday at the latest, but I am hoping to get them sooner. If I can get the Samsung credit, then I will probably get the Black buds

They don't charge the powerbeats pro though. I ended up getting one similar to #3 but I wish they had some with interchangeable charging tips. I watched the magfast presentation which looks great but still in production.

Did they change the indirect to Signature Required with this one ? Dang it I won’t be home! Ughhh. And it says 3lbs. Only had the phone and can’t imagine the watch Box being a whole pound.

So I haven’t had any direct signature required packages with FedEx actually require a signature since Covid hit
