I’m late to the party as I couldn’t decide if I wanted to get the Note or wait for something else.

Nevertheless, I pulled the trigger on the Gold Unlocked Note 20 Ultra. I went ahead and ordered it because it said expected delivery date of Aug 21.

However this morning I woke up, the follow-up email stated “My order is processing” I clicked the “Manage Order” link and it now shows my expected delivery date is Aug 25. I’m not gonna be home next week because my daughter got diagnosed with cancer and has surgery next week.

I did go through the cancellation process and choose the option, “item will not arrive in time” and sammy gave me 10% off my order which came to around $70 which they’ll refund back to my card. So I didn’t go through and actually cancel the order just yet. But the delivery date that was attached to that email about the refund still showed delivery by Aug 21.

Have anyone else had an expected delivery date but once ordered the delivery date was changed?

Trying to decide if I should cancel my order or not.

I think several people have seen their delivery dates change. Could you arrange to have the phone held for you at the FedEx depot, or dropped off at a holding location like Walgreens?

I'm very sorry to hear about your daughter. I hope her surgery goes well.

Yes, if it fits inside it will sanitize.

Everyone's review is out (The Verge, MKBHD, Android Central...). Flossy must still be filming his Note 20 Ultra movie though. Mystic Bronze looks good... I think I'll still be happy with the Mystic White.

Couple things from MKBHD's video: He said the Note20 Ultra does support 45W charging, I thought it didn't? Also he mentioned a "shutter lag" when taking pictures. One thing I've always enjoyed with Samsung phones is their "Motion Photo" option. It literally guarantees one way or another you will always get the perfect picture and the "shutter lag" issue isn't really an issue.

Well I finally got tracking info for my Mystic White Note,but it's not supposed to be here until sometime before 8pm on Thursday. Fedex is always late delivering here! My beans still have a cancel button though!

It doesn't say "picked up" Irving, TX? If it's being transported by truck I wouldn't expect another scan until it reaches a local FedEx facility, which in my case should be sometime tonight.

That's the thing. It should've left that facility and reached another facility by now. Yesterday people's packages were reaching Memphis on the first day of shipping. There's no way it should still say "picked up in Irving TX" I don't think it's getting delivered tomorrow at this rate.

My note shipped 8/17 on schedule for delivery tomorrow 8/19.signature required so I have it held at FedEx office. I will pickup my note 20 ultra bronze tomorrow afternoon. Card was charged last night.

Ugh, I wish I pre-ordered 1 day sooner. When I put it in my cart it was to ship on the 19th, then came back a couple hours later last night and ordered and it said 21st.

So hoping it ships by the 20th so I have it on Saturday the 22nd. If so, I will be happy. I need all weekend to set it up and play around with it lol.

It's very strange it says 21st for shipping and 25th for delivery. It should be 24th with a 2 day shipping label.

Anyone order from Samsung AFTER the 14th have a notice that it shipped yet?

Also I realized this morning Samsung charged me tax on the full $1,300 even though mine was only $750 with the trade in. Did this happen to anyone else? I will likely give them a call about this today.
