Note 3 and POP Email

Anyone having an issue with the way the Note 3 handles POP email? It is able to send and receive emails without issue. The problem occurs after I delete an email. After an email is deleted and I check for new emails ... The deleted emails return. Hence, the number of emails in my mailbox is always growing.

Do you have your POP settings set to remove email from the server upon retrieval? That seems like that would prevent that from happening.
