Note 3 location problems!

Hello my note 3 always has my location as San fransico but i live in Japan, even with GPS on but only when im inside, but when im outside its all good but only when GPS is on when off it says San Francisco again. Its becoming annoying for things like checking weather, tagging wrong locations on photos and FB friends think I'm on holiday in San Francisco etc.... Does anyone out there know how to fix or have any theorizes!?

Is your time zone set right? Make sure in location settings you have it set to high accuracy. This will use network, WiFi, and GPS to estimate position. Sounds like you have it set to low accuracy which only uses GPS. Is your phone a import or local model? May have something to do with it.

There have been problems like this for me and others.
It came back after a couple of months, but now it's OK.
All I can suggest is uninstall AccuWeather if you have it, it's been under suspicion, and install GPS Status and Toolbox.
