My husband and I each have the Note 3 and mine is working great! yay! For some reason my husbands has stopped charging.
I have tried:
Multiple charging cord plugs into different wall outlet.
Switching my charged battery into his dead phone and it will work shortly, his battery will also charge in my phone.. but who has time for that.
The toothbrush trick to clean the port
His phone will acknowledge that it has been plugged in but showing the lighting bolt symbol on the screen, but it never shows the green bubbles going into the battery. It will vibrate 1 plus. Then the screen goes black and noting for about 45 sec. the lighting bolt will flash again 1 puls vibe and the black again.
