Note 3 or galaxy tab 10.1 2014?

Hi guys,

Decide to buy a new phone, is it worth to buy note 3 or galaxy tab 10.1 2014?
I had do some research at internet and found out the tab have performance issue and galaxy note 3 have the overheating issue.Is it true?What about the battery duration between this devices?Any opinions?

Note 3 overheat? I've ran my note 3 through the mill with no overheating issues

I have both and haven't had any of those issues thou I don;t use my 10.1 as a phone

Just be careful, the Tab line is NOT the Note line... So, the Note 10.1 2014 is not called Tab 10.1 2014 (those are Tab 2, Tab 3, etc.) and might look similar but don't have the same specs, so be careful.

That being said, Note 3 overheating? Not mine. Note 10.1 2014 performance issues? Nope, if you don't count TouchWiz lag. YES, there is lag in TouchWiz on the tablet, but if you switch launchers to, say, Nova, those issues are gone (or, if you're like me and don't mind having to wait 10 microseconds for things to happen and pages to turn, stick to TouchWiz and its added features).

I am not having problems with heat on my phone. I am also running the GSAM app which monitors temperature of the unit.

It is interesting that you posted this though. I originally bought a Note 8 which motivated me to buy the Note 3. Now that I am using the Note 3 much more, I am ignoring the Note 8 and wondering maybe if I just need the Note 3.
