Note 3 restarting problem

I did the cache partition and wiped it, I've changed batteries, removed apps, but it still restarts fairly frequent. What other options do I have? It's pretty annoying. Thanks in advance.

Have you tried a wipe and factory reset? Could be an overheating issue too but I'd try the factory reset.
