Note 3 stuck on Processing failed SAMSUNG ACCOUNT.

hello i update my Galaxy Note3 N9005 to lollipop through Odin and when i start it up, it says ur device is locked because of abnormal restore(something like this) please enter your samsung Account Username and Password. when i enter username and password it says Processing Failed and my phone stuck on this. please help me through this.

Have you been able to resolve this issue? I know I have the right account, I have reset the password, and just called Samsung and they want to call me tomorrow to see what they have found. I have the S6 and am unable to pass the Samsung Account login screen as I too receive 'processing failed' after the abnormal reset.

Did you get a resolution to the processing failed on the s6. I am having the same problem after a reset and they cannot seem to help me.
