I have tested a LOT of store demo devices in the years and free device storage is the first thing I look at. That is horrible and I can not rationalize any demo bloat that would consume that much space. It is perverted bad. Most phones and tablets lose less than 1GB due to demo bloat. These are from demo Note 4 at Best Buy. I clicked on the miscellaneous files to get the 2nd screen. Note how much 'demo' and 'retail' content.

Do you not see the photos that show how much space the demo stuff takes up? You quoted the pics lol.I have tested a LOT of store demo devices in the years and free device storage is the first thing I look at. Something not conventionally adding up. Samsung went insane with bloat this time? If so, Samsung can take the N4 and stick it somewhere real deep and sideways. Will keeps using my S4 and maybe find a cheap slightly used Note 3 next month.
The only thing we can HOPE is there is a LOT of Qhd res video on the demo units. That really is the only thing that makes sense.
Please keep in mind L will take about 20% more space due to how it stores parts of apps.

Nope. I was on my phone and about to go sleepies. That said, the Note 3 had 25gb out of box. Even the bloated Verizon version.
Still seems like at least 3gb is MIA in relation to the Note.
