Note 4 5.1.1 update for Canadian carriers

Hi,

I am with bell Canada note 4 and was wondering if anyone noticed 5.1.1 update for their Canadian carriers.
I can find the 5.1.1 update online on Sam mobile for bell Canada and some other carriers which means it must be released somewhere. But still can't see it on my phone or through kies.
I already tried speaking with Bell tech support but they didn't give any details.

Any Canadian note 4 users got this update yet?

That sucks. I guess I will have to find see if they have 5.1.1 in France or China next week and use someones tick on my phone to update the OS.
