Note 4 About the finger print.

I go thru the steps and all is good, I did 2 fingers 10 times. When I go to unlock my phone it doesn't work, says to slow to fast and or print is wrong. Is it possible there still a film over the home button? I looked for a while and don't really see anything. Plz help thank you

When you register, dont swipe the same side of the finger ten times. Mix it up and do it nicely and firmly.

Likewise when you unlock, swipe down firmly. Not hard, but not too soft or slow either.

By the way, I use my thumb. Works much better since its swiped down side ways while holding the phone.

Youre welcome.

And no, no film over the home button. Just around the phone, and on the camera glass (with a hole for the lens, so I didnt remove that film).
