Note 4 air command?

Note 4 air command

I think a third part app that works with multi window or s note may have disable my Air command.
I can't access any of its settings or enable it what so ever. I even set air command to pop up when s pen detaches... Still nothing. Please Help!!!

Are you saying that you can't access the phone? If you can, boot into Safe Mode to test whether it's a third-party app problem.

When I go to air command in the settings there is no toggle and the settings are greyed and inaccessible. I tried it in safe mode, same thing. I even deleted the apps that I thought caused the problem.

Welcome as a new member.

I don't know much about Samsungs so I'll request that this be moved to the Note 4 forum.
It may be worth trying Reset Defaults, or Security/Clear Credentials, but I'm not sure.
