Note 4 and Edge buying advice

Err what ? They are the same and you can open the same amount of apps in multi window on the note 4 .....the only difference is that small screen which doesn't even make multitasking "easier"

Nope, I have BOTH and in comparing both, they dont have the same amount of apps that can be utilized in the multi tasking window... at least not on the Verizon versions and that is confirmed. As far as what you are saying about the "smaller" screen on the edge not making it easier, it is just as easy as you can barely even notice the screen difference. Unless you have both devices, you shouldn't knock the functionality and capability of the Edge. Both devices are great, but as someone with both devices, I do choose the Edge by a slim margin.

I will knock it though ...... It's a 1 inch screen in width of that ? And all it shows is notifications , some quick apps , time and perhaps a few other stuff ? It's not worth the price tag on AT&T , sprint or T-Mobile but on Verizon for $50 or $3 per month for full price or edge it's ok value but not for $100+ . It's a gimmick and that's pretty much it
Plus for that gimmick means more area I can damage the phone should I drop it and case selection is worse

The Edge was the phone that I wanted originally but it's not available where I live. Actually, I'm not sure if it's available here in Canada yet.

I think the Edge is just an example of where our phone's technology is headed, same as the LG Flex.

I played with the edge a few times and would have gotten it over the 4, but smaller battery, less case options, gear vr and slightly more expensive are the reasons I went with the note 4.

I might never get gear VR, but it's nice to have the option....and in the past I never used cases except when going to the gym, but the note seems more delicate.

Oh and ipad user here too....love that thing. Air 2 and note 4 is a great combo
