This is what happens while I am not on my wifi.

I click Print on my Note 4 and when the printer menu pops up, it asks how I want to connect. Obviously, I do not want to use WiFi. I have tried to disable all other printer services and leave only Google Cloud Print, but I cannot select the printer.

Here are the 2 screenshots.

Any ideas why is this happening?

How are you connecting to your printer if you're not on wifi? I Don't know much about this because I just bought my first wifi printer, but I am assuming you have to be connected to the same network wouldn't you? Also, any cloud needs an internet connection - doesn't it?

Sorry if I'm wrong, I may be misunderstanding something.
