Note 4 Black phone with white cord

I got a black N4 but the charging cord & adapter are white. I'm thinking it's a mistake. Anyone else get a white cord w/ a black phone?

Yeah, Samsung loves the interracial mix match of hardware for some reason. But it's also the same with Apple crap....black phone with white cord and charger.

The idea of having too many black cords and adapters vs white cords and adapters is not something any of these suppliers want to contemplate. They make a decision for black or white, lately white probably following the leader, Apple and that is that. None of the big guys especially will risk having mismatched hardware that would prevent them from making shipments. Ain't gonna' happen. Everything comes out of the same bins....no problem.

Somebody out there in the marketplace does not like it...OK you gonna' go buy a different phone over that....I would say chances are slim to none.

Not all. Our S3s came with black cords. My Note (2013 version) came with black. Every cord I have seen on Samsung site to order (I keep breaking them) always are black and arrive in black.

But it is actually kinda cool to have one different. Easier to know which one it goes to! I put it in the middle clip. (bluelounge cabledrop clips rock)

My Black GNote3 and my wife's Black GS5 came with a White Charging 3.0 Cables. It is Normal...

There is a good many white replacement cords at the Samsung site as well. They may be in a period of transition. I sort of thought at one time that the industry would standardize to black for vehicular charger/adaptors and white for wall charger/adapters. But it looks like if there is going to be standardization, it will be to white for everything.

Yeah, I thought it was a bit strange as well, always had black phones and black cords. The wife has always had white phones and white cords now we're just going to get confused...
