Note 4 Caller id on missed calls?

Hi everyone, apologies if this has already been noted in another thread.
I am getting no caller id info on missed calls on the locked screen.
Does anyone know if there is a setting to enable this?

If your screen is locked with a password or pin then it's not likely to display the information for privacy purposes. Disable the lock (use the slide to unlock) and see if the information is displayed. If it is, then it's related to the pin/pattern lock screen.

The caller id returned when i disabled security on the lock screen.

As I do not plan on dropping finger print authentication, I will have to live without this. Thanks for the info.
