Note 4 - Grey transparent box when scrolling.

Hi I have a note 4 and it's great. I'm customizing my phone, adding widgets here and there. I notice after I'm done with the widget screen,

a grey transparent box where the widget screen WAS appears everytime I scroll back and forth between different desktops (i've already exited the widget screen).

I used to be able to just restart and it went away. NOW IT WONT. NOW IT WONT.

What in the world am I supposed to do?? Has anyone else encountered this? If i can get a response tonight that would be a freaking lifesaver. Ughk lol it's pretty frustrating.
