Bought wife a Note4, she loves it of course. But every now and again she gets an Offline Alert: "You've been disconnected because this account was used to login on another device. If this wasn't intentional, please consider changing your password for the sake of safety".

Not sure why - we've logged S3 out of all usual Apps. Can't see where the conflict is.
The above alert does not specify which app it's talking about.

Thanks in advance.mmexport1418124002558 alert.jpg

What app are you running in the background of that notification? Is it always in that app that you get the warning, or is it any time you're using the phone?

I agree you need to find what app is causing this. What happens if you click login again or Quit? If you have unique passwords for your accounts then this should be easy to figure out which app it is and then address it. Once you find it I would consider changing your password. Personally I have not seen this so I think it's an app you added maybe.

Thanks. I asked her the same question. ... it's not specific to any app. ..... I'll ask her to try "login again" and take note. .... thanks guys
