Note 4 limit is 30%

My Galaxy Note 4 keeps turning off at 30% battery level. How do I stop it? Is it a hardware problem??

Classic symptom of a failing battery. There's about a 90% chance that if you replace it with a quality replacement battery, battery happiness will return. I recommend Anker, but if you can find a genuine OEM those are good too.
