Note 4 Loses cellular network after airplane mode

[AC Question]

I placed my note 4 under airplane mode for faster charging and after I turned it off it I
lost my cellular network. No 4G, 3G, 1X i dont even have any bars. I can't make phone calls, I can't text. The phone became a brick and only functions under WI-FI.
Tried taking the battery out, putting it back in.
Soft reset.
Taking the sim card out, placing it back in.
Hard reset.
Going to the Verizon Store and getting a new Sim Card.
Aaaaaand... nothing

Is this a recurring issue on the Verizon Network, or is it the phone itself?

While you were at the Verizon store, did you have them verify the new sim connects fine? I would think they would do that.

Dial 611, talk to tech support and have them reset your connection. This is sometimes needed now and again.
