Note 4 major issues

It started 3 updates ago. It started glitching with small stuff like the hand swipe for screen shots quit working. Then it started kicking me out to the open screen and i have to scan my finger, sometimes it does this 2 or 3 times in a row. But the last week the phone has become extremely difficult to use. My phone is now restarting its self multipul times a day. It starts to freeze while im using it, then just restarts. It also freezes a lot but starts working again. Its seems to be getting worse. I got a update screen, do not turn off phone screen after it restarted its self lastnight.
Like i said, it started 3 updates ago. The phone worked perfect befor that. This is my first droid after switching from iphone. Right now im missing my iphone. Please help!

I have not yet. I was going to do that, but thought i would try asking a forum first.

I had the same issue. Mine included "Touchwiz has stopped working". I tried a backup, delete data, and restore, with no results. Finally, I emptied/deleted the cache, and voila! Problem solved. Search the forum for "Cache Clearing" (I do not have enough posts to link the thread).

I did the volume up, power and home screen to get to the menu to delete the cashe. It didnt do anything.

Mine started doing that 2 weeks ago. i tried factory reset and it only worked short term. I havent been able to boot now for 3 days. I shipped mine back to samsung today hopefully i will have an update this week.

so samsung will not even look at my phone, they say it was rooted or it failed some binary test, even though i never installed any software other than updates that were pushed.
