Note 4 not charging

Anyone ran into your phone not charging? I thought maybe lint/dirt build up, but nope.

It's not my USB cord or either battery because they charge fine.

It has to be the charging port on the phone.

Weird thing about that, I rarely charge my phone. I just swap batteries out.

It's under warranty. Bring it back and get another one.

You know it's not the cord or the battery how so ? Did you try it with other chargers to confirm it is only with your phone port ?

No, but the batteries charge fine when I place them in the charging case and charge them with the same exact cord.

If it was the battery or cord I figured my batteries wouldn't charge period. .
