Could be a phishing expedition, post up the link for this. They could be using someones upgrade and selling it for extra cash but still that is below what full retail will be.

There are lots of counterfeits on eBay. If it looks fishy, and it does, it probably is not a good idea.

Its not on ebay germany, makes me wonder why he doesn't sell in his home country..probably because he wouldn't be able to scam the people as good as somewhere else on the world.

Even if it were true, he's selling a lot of them, probably stolen. And he can't have them right now which he isn't telling, no one in the world has the Note 4 right now.

Agreed! I thought about it then I thought...I can't even upload my files on iOS! Been missing that S-pen since I went to the HTC One from the Note 3. Anxiously waiting on the 4!
