Note 4 Owners Do You Have This Error?

ATT Lollipop purchased in Feb. Had that error the first time I tried it. 2nd and 3rd time no.
 
I thought it was lollipop, but made them switch my phone the same day and it was on KitKat also.

I wish the AT&T users would call AT&T and report this.
 
I am with Verizon. I have call waiting and I do not pay extra for it, but there is no option on my phone to turn it off.
 
The inability of setting up CCF was my primary concern. I want to use Youmail to have visual voicemail as Straight talk doesn't support visual voice mail. So... I took out my sim, put it in my Note 2, and setup up CCF to Youmail. Took the sim back out and put it in the Note 4 and CCF continued to work. The CCF follows the telephone number, not the hardware (or so I read). Hope that helps someone. I expect you could do the same to enable Google Voice as your visual voicemail as well.

My Note 4 is also on AT&T and I also get that error message. No idea why I'm getting it, but it doesn't seem to impact my phone at all. Figured it can wait until the next time I'm near my local AT&T store and pop my head in to ask.

Your local one won't be able to do anything, they have no idea, even advanced support at AT&T has no idea. I have a ticket about this open.

I'll check and see if people can call in and give my ticket number and say they are having the same problem.
 
Just purchased my Note 4 two weeks ago with AT&T and I to receive this error. Interesting thing is, I wasn't aware of a lot the features with this phone, but I haven't experienced any issues.
Of course everything seems awesome coming from a Galaxy S2.
 
I get the error message, but it goes away and I can change the settings on my phone.

Note 4 (AT&T branded and unlocked, using it on a GoPhone plan with a GoPhone SIM).

I can't change call waiting.
 
I got the error once and can't get it again. I'm on Vodafone in the UK.

For everyone on AT&T..

I talked to tech support again last night with the new info. She happened to be a Note Edge owner and knew what I was talking about. She has the same error. She said it is a known issue and looked it up. They are in talks with Samsung about putting out an update fix for this and other issues.

No one looked this up when I called to report it. She said people having the error need to call and report it. Be sure and tell them, IT IS A KNOWN ISSUE. They can search and find the issue and add you to the list. The more reports of known issues we can get in, the quicker Samsung will get the update fix out.

Just out of curiosity, did tech support say if there are any known problems or glitches associated with this error?

Well the one glitch for me with this is I can not turn off call waiting at all. I do that sometimes with some business calls.

That sucks (for you). Luckily for me, it's not an issue as I don't take many work related calls on my cell. I still haven't come across any functions (that I would use) that are impacted by this error.
