Hi All, I got my note 4 last friday with Verizon, and since I got it, everytime I close contacts as a running process it says, "unfortunately contacts has stopped." Has anyone else seen this? Any ideas on how to prevent it?
I am sure you tried to turn the phone off and back on again. The other option would be to wipe the device and start over unless you can uninstall the application and reinstall it. Before you wipe your device, I would suggest calling Verizon to see if they can suggest anything. I had a bizarre problem that was similar with my Note 3 and I wound up exchanging it for another Note 3.
