I believe it's been since the latest update pushed from AT&T that I've began to see this particular problem, and it's annoying the **** out of me...
The problem is the screen will turn off, like I hit the power button myself and not acting like a screen timeout. I can tell the difference since the notification for the screen turning off happens, plus when I immediately hit the home button it sends me to the swipe screen, as if I locked the screen with the power button push. Normally if the screen timed itself off I have a few moments to turn back on without having to swipe again. This issue happens randomly. I can be on the device for 30 minutes and it behaves, but then I can have the screen turn itself off 3 times in a 3 minute period. I've even seen the screen get turned off during full-screen video playback on YouTube or Facebook. I don't have a case on the device and it's happened in my hand, on the table, plugged up to AC/DC plug and wireless charging. I don't know if an application isn't playing good with the latest software upgrade, or if it's a software update glitch. I wish there is some log that registers power button commands and who requested it.
