Yet twitter caster does. Of all the apps you would think would have this would be twitters official app.
Note 4 Seems odd that official twitter app doesn't work in pop up window?

I'm not sure what makes the twitter app so special that it would over anything else....
-I have seen lists of apps that are compatible and The twitter app is listed and
-on my samsung Tab Pro 8.4 it IS multi window compatible.
-it definitely doesn't work on the Note 4 (scratching head in puzzlement)
I switched to Plume.... I used to not like it, but its growing on me. Multi window, and most importantly, instagram photos appear in line without needing multi window. I imagine that twitter will correct whatever issue it is that is causing the app to not work on the Note 4.
