I had the note 2 and note 3 on Verizon. The note 2 got really good signal comparable to my Motorola phones. The note 3 not so much. Can anyone that travels or works in low signal areas or fringe areas speak about the signal of the note 4 ?

On t-mobile I am pretty sure I get a better connection with my note 4 then note 3. When I get home I'll compare the 2 connections and post screen shots

That would be great ! I enjoyed the note 3 but the crappy signal forced me back to my Droid maxx. Now I'm torn between the note 4 , the nexus 6, and the Droid Turbo. ..... Lol

This is the case for me on T-Mobile as well. I am getting better signal in places where I had worse signal on my Note 3.

The Verizon Note 4 is releasing next week so you can get some actual Verizon perspectives soon :).

Same here ! Either Nexus or Droid. My Note 3 is useless in low signal areas, compared to Moto X. Note 4 200$ off is too attractive to ignore so that's why I'm looking into it to.

on VZW Moto X

I had one bar on my Note 2(Tmobile) yesterday and it was fluctuating as I drove across the city(Houston, Tx). Now I have full 4gLTE everywhere. I guess this phone has a better antenna.

Hopefully things are better once I get back to eastern Washington State.

Now that some Verizon people has gotten theirs does anybody care to comment on how the signal is compared to whatever phone you had ?

the note 4is not even close to being as good as my note 2. in fringe areas i used to be able to tether it to my computer and work. cant even get a signal now

I am having the same problem with signal as the original post.
My note 4 would continuously drop my GPS signal and it takes forever to get a lock signal. The cell signal is terrible and it will not connect in fringe cell areas. My WAZE app is not usable to navigate anywhere. Interesting, I switched from an iphone 6 which had excellent coverage in the same mentioned scenarios.I love the Note but its now a pain in the ****. I have researched this problem and it appears that its a Note issue.
I am currently contemplating switching the phone just to get some decent service. I was told that Motorola has the best radios and the signal is incredible. Can anyone comment on this? The ATT store rep had no clue as to what I was talking about. He was trying to get me to switch to a Note 5!!!
Thanks.
