So as I stated in my other thread, yesterday we upgraded her phone to nougat, love it so far except for one issue. She's lost her ability to control her music player from the lock screen.
She uses google music player app, never had any issue before changing songs from her lock screen. I checked the notification settings for the app including for the lock screen, everything is on
Is there something else I'm missing?
