With no warning, my note 5 will not log in with fingerprint. No efforts are enough. It says not recognized. It also does not recognize my backup password, nor will it login with my google account. I can connect with sidesync, and it receives texts and email alerts like normal. But, damn screen is locked. One more bad attempt, and my phone is wiped. WTF is going on? Phone is only one month old. I cant handle this.
One other strange behavior. When i try to access the screen, it abruptly goes to screen blank. Its the screen blank, not a bad screen... because it does the screen blank animation. Even if i'm trying to enter password, etc. it wants to blank. I need some resolve asap. Thx.
