Note 5 not charging/only when powered off

My galaxy note 5 can only be charged slowly when plugging and turned off. Plugging the phone with a usb does not detect anything on a computer. Tried with multiple cables.

Help?

Welcome to Android Central! Make sure the phone's microUSB port is clear of debris. Use a can of compressed air to blow it out. If it's clean and still doesn't work, the port might need to be replaced.
