Note 5 not seen by PC

Since an update in Dec I have not been able to sync my phone. My pc does not see it. Ive tried other pc's, different cords, installed new drivers, reboot. Can anyone advise as to what is wrong? I use Windows 10 and it is a Verizon phone.
