Note 5 notification issues

I am having 2 issues since the update that I cant seem to fix.
1- When I set the phone to vibrate, it randomly resets itself to to ring! Very embarrassing in meeting
2- I am no longer getting icon notifications (red dot on app)

Could be some kind of bug, you can try booting in to recovery and wiping the cache partition. If that doesn't fix it you might need to do a factory reset to clear out the bugs.

Thanks for the help, I just tried it. Sure hope it works, it annoying as hell.
