Note 5 phone app hacked?

Has anyone elses phone app been acting weird? When calling phones 80% of the time it acts like it's muted and menus can't hear my key presses. The biggest thing what makes me think I am being hacked is when I close the phone app or hangup, a second phone app is there with the call still on the line and then the phone keys work. Can someone hack the phone app and put a secondary dialer to capture pin codes and whatever I type? This is some messed up ****!

Go to the App Manager and see if there are any other Phone/Dialer apps installed.
