Note 5 S-Pen QUESTION

I hardly had used my S Pen since I bought my note 5, but now that I paid attention to it, I have noticed that in order to pull off the pen, it feels a little rough, as if the slot was really tight to the pen. It also happens as I push it in... Does this happen to everybody? Or is it just mine?

My pen has a good solid feel to the detent that holds it in place but slides in or out very easily, without any resistance to speak of.
