That's what I'm saying, I think it's just the image stabilizing from the phone moving a bit from tapping it.. Lol I'm kinda skeptical if that's a "feature"

You are correct...it is no different than moving your phone away then back again to the subject. It is not a feature

I have found that when I'm using a bluetooth headset with my phone plugged into the car charger, it will wake up the screen with the magic words (ok Google). I haven't tested enough to know what it will or won't do IF it happened to be in lock mode vs just screen asleep.

If you have your bluetooth headset set as a trusted device I think it will allow you to bypass the lock. I have fingerprint lock screen set up and when I have my bluetooth attached I don't need to swipe my finger print.

I don't seem to have S planner either... and it doesn't come up in the galaxy store.

Smart Select. This forum post was thinking it wasn't there. You can select text with your Spen by pressing and holding down on the text, then you can move the selection icon (little ball at the bottom of the word) and select all you want. I just tried. Might be easier then a large finger on small text (for me). I didn't know you could do this. So I think this is a good tip for those who are new to Notes.

It isn't that smart select isn't there. Samsung downgraded it from what it was in the note 4. In the note 4 with smart select would take a picture of say a street sign with a phone number, address l, Web address etc and you could then take the spen and select the number and it would open the number in the phone app. Highlight the address and it would automatically open the address in maps. Samsung said they took this a way as not.many people were using this. That smart select on the note 4 was so much more advances than what we have on the note 5.

I accidently put my phone into download mode and was panicking because I couldn't get it out of download mode. Tried different key combos and nothing worked, until I tried pressing and holding <Volume up> + <Volume down > + <Power> buttons at the same time. The phone excited download mode and rebooted

Do you and a certain person (or group messaging) send lots of photos back and forth? There's an album in the messaging! Go to the texts>more>album and voila! All the pics between u guys. This is cool imo! No need to scroll around looking for a particular pic and no need to go to album downloads.

WhatsApp certainly doesn't appear to have a feature like that (just started using WhatsApp again, within the last three days...)

Do you and a certain person (or group messaging) send lots of photos back and forth? There's an album in the messaging! Go to the texts>more>album and voila! All the pics between u guys. This is cool imo! No need to scroll around looking for a particular pic and no need to go to album downloads.

Ikr? I've had this phone for almost a month now and I'm still finding hidden gems.

I posted somewhere that under the dexterity and interaction tab, you can set your phone to be controlled by your physical movements. Extremely convenient for the physically impaired.

If you're using Textra for messaging there's a similar feature. Click on the last pic sent/received with someone and swipe through to see all the pic messages between you and that contact.
