Note 7 And Cellular Data Issues In Certain Areas

So my fiance has an s7 and I have a Note 7. In some areas there is going to be a weak data connection but that is normal. However, I have noticed in these weak areas she is still able to search Google even if the page takes forever to load. She can still search You-Tube even if no video will load because of the weak connection. With my Note 7, my phone wouldn't even load You-Tube or Google. So why in areas that get a weak data signal can she do more on the internet?

Better RF performance on the S7. Try the app Signal Check on both phones and compare dBm readings on both phones. Lower reading equals stronger signal.

Hopefully the Note 7 will get software update to enhance RF perfomance, which usually happens in the first month or two with new phones.
