Same here with Telus. They are still awaiting word on how to handle the replacement phones. I guess it's a different process because the replacements came directly from Samsung. I'm pushing for a swap to a Moto Z. I don't want another Samsung at this time. Besides, airlines etc, won't be able to tell the difference between the Note7 and the S7E, so it would still be a headache to fly.
The Telus Business reps have been awesome so far though. They are doing everything they can to make the swap happen for me before I go on 4 flights starting on the 18th.
