Note 7 charging issue

ughhh.. So got the phone on friday night and needed to charge it saturday afternoon for the first time. Turns out it doesnt want to charge. I inspect the port with a flashlight and it appears a gold pin is missing (or whatever its called) in the charging port on phone. what to do now? ugghhhhh!

The charge pin USB C hence you don't see the gold pins. Try changing the cable/charger and revert.

You definitely need to return it.

Take it back to the store immediately for a exchange or contact att or samsung if you got it from them directly.....Should be no Fuss to get a new device if they have them in stock....Do Not Try to tinker with it yourself and mess up ur chances for a replacement
