Note 7: Issue Upgrading w/ Unlimited Data (Verizon)

They couldn't get the sale to go through on my unlimited data plan so has to leave store without the phone. They still haven't resolved the issue.

That's crazy. I purchased off contract with Verizon and had no problem.

Verizon. 4 different people in the store and a tech on the phone couldn't fix the problem.

Well, now I can't get a black one anywhere. Nobody has one. Switching to AT&T and another kind of phone especially after hearing all the stories about screen protectors and other phone issues.
