6 days with the Verizon glass curved screen protector and still think it is the best compromise to date.
Still no sensitivity issues.
Yes, a minor amount of rainbow IF I LOOK FOR IT but certainly not visible during normal use.
No clicking. No lifting sides / corners
No dust under the screen.
No issues with three different cases including the perfect TPU case that I have had on every Note and phone I have ever owned from Diztronic.

My wife and I both are using this glass protector on our Note 7's and she is pickier than I am and has no issues either.

Why do you think it gets terrible reviews on the Verizon web site? 2/5, 31 reviews & 27 are 1 star reviews!

Because people are OCD and want / expect perfection....which I would be fine with if it existed. Give me the same type of product I had from Zagg with their glass on all of my other Notes and I would be thrilled. Give me this which functions fine but not perfect and I am very happy having my GG% screen protected.

Do you honestly believe only 31 people have bought these in the USA? They are sold out everywhere in my area. Only those ******** are posting which is typical. Not perfect by a long shot but it works.

I can't buy them all & try them out. So, must go by reviews rather than by a couple of people's posts in this this forum.
This is my 1st curved screen phone. I have a great case I posted about earlier & would really like to get a nice screen protector, preferably glass so no bubbles. I think I would try the JeTech TG one if not for the black color @ top & bottom. It got 3.5/5 with 91 reviews so, probably the best reviewed one I've yet seen. I have a Blue phone & my case is black so if I get SP with black color, I essentially have a black phone.

When I get my replacement Note 7, I will leave the factory, cheap, plastic protector on till I can find a good one to try.

I currently have the Verizon screen protector with a Ringke slim case and am happy with the way they fit together. No, the screen protector is not perfect. I can see that dust definitely gathers at the edge where the protector ends and the case begins. However, I have had the combination on my Note 7 since the 19th of August and no dust has traveled further under the screen and I have had no touch sensitivity problems at all. It may not be the prettiest screen protector but has certainly stayed on just fine and I am confident that it will continue to stay put.
Perhaps my success in the installation is that I used my eyeglass cleaner to clean my screen before installation rather than the "kit" that was included?

For the curved screen on my Note 7 before and now my interim S7 Edge, I've resigned myself that a traditional screen film leads to scratch protection and much less frustration than having a glass screen protector that doesn't really fit and invites dust and dirt, at best.

Don't count on it surviving a fall. Mine fell from less than 4 feet and the screen shattered. I have a S6 Edge and never had a screen protector (there weren't any when it came out) and dropped it more than once without incident. Also, the back of my Note 7 scratched in the first week! I will still trade in my Note 7 for a new one (loved it), but will have a case (very slippery) and screen protector.

So until a good tempered glass screen protector comes out, I installed a PET film one so I don't get any scratches. I found in order it to fit with a case, you have to trim 2mm off all the edges. It's no where near as good looking as tempered glass, but at least I should be protected from scratches.

My note 4 use to have this problem. But after about a month they got them working. Claimed Samsung didn't send them the right size demo to mode their protectors from. Doesn't seem like we will be so lucky.

I wonder why companies keep selling them when they clearly aren't working? Do they enjoy the one star reviews and processing refunds? I tried luvit. At the time it had some 5 star reviews. Waited over a week for it to ship at a 20 dollar price point. I just knew this one was going to work. It didn't work. The first reviews must have been fake. They went from 4 stars to 1 shortly after shipping. Should have changed their name to hateit.

Most reviews on Amazon are "questionable". I've learned to ONLY read the "verified purchase" reviews - these are ones where people have purchased from Amazon. The difference in the reviews is substantial between the verified and non-verified reviews.

Does anyone know much about the Gorilla Glass 5 as far as being scratch resistant? Sometimes I don't have the option of being on speaker and I might have earrings on and have to hold the phone to my ear. I refuse to put those filmy plastic protectors on my expensive beautiful screen.

As for the glass protectors, the glass on the phones surly must be stronger than the glass protectors. I have often thought it was a ploy to sell the glass by sales people saying the glass has saved numerous phones from shattering. I have cracked more than one glass protector and I wonder if the actual glass on the screen would have cracked if the protector had not been on it. I never cracked any of my other screens without glass protectors and the only glass I have used is on the Note 4. I have, however, dropped the Note 4 more than any other phone, I think because of its size. As I got used to it, I dropped it less.

What do you think?

Hey all - just giving my own update here.

I got one of SUPTMAX's Tempered Glass Screen Protectors for the FLAT portion of the screen from Amazon, and I couldn't be happier with it. There isn't any haloing whatsoever, and absolutely zero bubbles.

This was achieved by using an alcohol spray (literally rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle) and spraying the adhesive side of the glass as well as the phone's screen after the latter was cleaned with the cloth that comes with it. Placing the glass down on the glass will reveal LOTS of water bubbles underneath - but that's alright. Simply align the protector EXACTLY center on the phone, or as close as possible (the screen protector will SLIDE AROUND on the screen since the alcohol stops the adhesive from working), and begin applying pressure to the center of the screen. Use credit cards or finger nails to begin easing the liquid out from underneath the protector, wiping up the alcohol as it pops out from the sides of the protector. Do this with lots of dedication and focus, and you'll get an amazing result. I say again, this will prevent haloing of ANY kind. Make sure to continue pushing out the liquid bubbles as they appear - they will appeal again, so just use LOTS of pressure to get them out from underneath. After 24 hours, it should be perfect.

The benefit of this brand's glass is that the taper at the sides of the class is so exquisitely manufactured that you can run your finger along the edge of the protector and the curve, and your touch response will not be affected. It is ridiculously comfortable to use and the protector doesn't bother my fingers whatsoever on the edges.

To be clear, my edges are not covered, but my case PLUS the tempered glass allows the phone to be protected on 95% of the body, which is what matters to me.

Please forgive the quality of the photos - I had to take them with my Surface Book since it's the only other camera I have in the house.

I just decided to take a chance and purchased this. The IQ Shield tempered glass is supposed to have adhesive on the whole screen, not just the edges. I will update after installing.

Samsung said the Gorilla 5 is more impact resistant but scratches easier than Gorilla Glass 4. So protection would be wise.

I agree. I left some bad reviews for some the screen protectors that claimed to have adhesive along the entire screen when it really only had them along the edges. I had some guy with bad grammar under the name "Amazon Customer" that replied basically saying I'm lying because all I do is write bad reviews.

Keep in mind, none of them are perfect. After using the phone without one for several weeks, I noticed that the screen is pretty awesome and durable. It really doesn't get fingerprints on it. But I am using this screen protector, and I noticed a huge difference.

Pros: It protects the screen, which is why any of us use it in the first place. Adhesion is not along the entire screen, but it is around all edges so I haven't gotten any dust underneath yet. I will update it later as a few weeks pass. It also covers the entire screen, but I've used several of these already and they typically didn't adhere very well. This one stuck very well and didn't seem to decrease sensitivity. There also does not seem to be any rainbow effect, or the tiny little dots on the screen.

Cons: My main beef with these screen protectors is that they don't adhere to the entire screen, so I don't think it'll protect the screen from drops very well. The other thing is that I question how much of them are actual glass. I've always used tempered glass screen protectors, but the flat screens were easier to find. They always seemed durable, but these ones for rounded screens seem cheaper, and feel more like plastic than glass. They also are magnets for finger prints. Seriously, take the screen off and you will see a huge difference. The screen for the Note 7 is just fantastic at not collecting fingerprints. Lastly, you can tell a huge difference. The stock screen is just slick, and this makes it look cheap.

So not perfect, but after trying close to 3 dozen different ones, this is the one I like the most.
