Re: The Note 7 was too good

I'm not even sure what to do, I sold my old phone. Wife and I only upgraded because we got a really good deal (BOGO). I LOVE THIS PHONE!!!!!!!!!

Re: The Note 7 was too good

Great feel

Great display

Hardware display scaling

iPhone Plus battery life in FHD mode (still looks better)

Great camera with best depth of field and low light pics

Great sound quality (not speaker)

Great pen integration

Wiz was finally worthy

Great theme options like Material Black that helped battery life even more

Device runs cool. Especially FHD mode

Fast cold boot restart time

High water resistance

Folks, the device was simply too good, so the Tech Gods deemed it not worthy for us humans.

For reals.

Or someone messed it up. Oh well, it's a dead horse now.

Re: The Note 7 was too good

I've never been disappointed in a product/brand as I am now with Samsung. I really like the N7 and I am sad to give it back. I didn't have another phone so I am reverting back to a N5 that was factory reconditioned. I'll pay it off and it'll be mine so I will have a back up device.

I'm in a similar boat. Has anyone heard how long we have to turn the phone in? I heard 12/31 earlier.

You may be right. This phone literally checked every box for me.

I'm also wondering the same thing. On my verizon app it ahows my note7 is paid off and ready to upgrade. Hopefully it can stay like that until the s8 edge or note8

Re: The Note 7 was too good

It truly sucks. Nothing out or in the horizon can touch it.

Re: The Note 7 was too good

Watching this play out i cant help thinking it was orchestrated.

Do you suspect alien intervention. With what we have to vote for President, I wouldn't be surprised if something underhanded has been done to shoot it down.

Re: The Note 7 was too good

Sabotage has crossed my mind as a possibility. You'd only need to sabotage a few to bring down the whole line.

Re: The Note 7 was too good

I think this was the best phone ever.

And another feature I really really liked was the blue light filter! I kept it on all the time.. it gave the whites a nice Cherry almond cream look.

I had tempered glass.. otterbox.. it was perfect!!

Heading to Best BUY to return it now. Back to using my Note 5.

When they come out with the Note 8 next year... I WILL buy it!! :)

Re: The Note 7 was too good

Back to my Note 4. Just now ironically ordered a battery for it. Bet Samsung wishes the Note 7 could do that. Based on analysts, it is over ten billion dollar bet. That is the expected pure loss and not stock.

Will test the V20 out if priced at $650. If not, Note 4 FTW. Was going to get another MXPE, but the nav bar drove me nuts. V20 has better modes integrated to hide the nav bar wasting display space. Moto is awful in that regard. Force Z is prime example too.

Re: The Note 7 was too good

I've never been more upset about having to get a new phone. This is literally the worst timing as far as viable options go. Waste my upgrade on the v20 and get stuck with it for 2 years or stick it out with the potential fire hazard with no software support.
