Hi.

Does the 'Block accidental screen touches' continuously use any of the sensors on the Note 8?

I'm looking for additional ways to make a charge last longer. Would the feature drain the battery faster when it's turned on?

According to Samsung Note 8 Support page on extending battery life, they suggest you turn this feature on.

Yeah Samsung do say that don't they. But I don't have a problem with me or anyone else accidentally touching the screen when they shouldn't. So if the setting does use any of the sensors I could potentially save even more power by turning it off altogether.
